Your privacy and information that we collect about you are protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect the information detailed below to enable us to process your order.

All order details will be deleted from our secure server upon completion of each order, no information will be retained permanently.

SECURITY.

Your order details are submitted through our website which is held on a secure server.  The contents of our website are held in a secure, password protected database, which is only accessed by authorised staff.

CANCELLATIONS  &  RETURNS.

Customers wishing to cancel an order must do so within seven days of placing the order.  You must e-mail us stating the reason for cancellation. Payment will be refunded within thirty days,  less any carriage charges and less a 10% handling charge.  If the item to be cancelled has already been despatched, no refund will be made until the item is received back in an undamaged and sellable condition. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the carrier.

If an item is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, you must contact us by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours. We will advise the course of action to be taken.

All return carriage charges are the responsibility of the customer.We reserve the right to refuse to refund/exchange, if we believe the item has been damaged or not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

DELIVERIES.

Wherever possible, your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.  Delivery to U.K. address's will normally be within 1-5 days depending on the delivery service selected. (see delivery charges).  Delays may occur at holidays or for other reasons beyond our control. We will e-mail you if we expect a significant delay.  Delivery to overseas address's will be advised at the time of placing the order by e-mail.  You will be sent an automatic e-mail to confirm acceptance of your order.  If we are out of stock of any item, you will be offered a full refund, or the chance of the item being held on our back-order system until fresh stocks arrive.
